General Terms and Conditions
Dohapoint delivers its products anywhere within Qatar. The typical delivery hours are between 9 am and 10 pm. Dohapoint will make every effort to deliver your order on the same day, however if you are placing an order just prior to closing, the earliest delivery time may move to the following day. On holidays, delivery hours are subject to change per store holiday hours. The delivery time may vary for orders from Al Shamal, Al Khor, Al Shahaniya and for some regions in Al Wakrah and Al Rayyan Municipality. Dohapoint charges a delivery fee of QAR 15 for orders below QAR 100, which included in the total cost of your order. Also free shipping for orders above QAR 100.
Transaction happens over secured encrypted online payment powered by QPAY or Customers can choose Cash on delivery.
1. Cash on Delivery
The customers can pay by cash directly to the courier person or vendor only after the product is delivered.
2. Pay Online
Dohapoint is using secure and faster transaction processing by Qpay. With QPay, customers can securely shop and pay on the website itself. It is the only payment gateway capable of accepting Qatar debit cards online and has highly secure process with two-way authentication: OTP + PIN. Payment is submitted online directly to Dohapoint. After creating your order, you’ll be prompted to submit your payment via a secure credit or debit card transaction(QPay). Cheque, gift cards, EBT/SNAP, and other forms of tender are not accepted as valid forms of payment.
General Return/Exchange Guidelines
Please contact us at email@example.com prior to sending any returns/exchanges back to us.
• All returns/exchanges must include any accessories, documentation, etc., that was originally shipped with the product.
• If your return/exchange includes batteries, please contact us for details on proper shipping procedures.
• Returns/exchanges may take up to 2 weeks to process, not including shipping time.
• You are responsible for return shipping charges that are not related to a defective product or product that was damaged during initial shipping to the customer.
7 Day Return Policy – Unused / Unopened Products with Complete Packing Only
Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for shipping costs. If the product is received by us in unused and undamaged condition and in its original packaging, we will provide cash vouchers worth your purchase amount and you can use it for next purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any shipping costs paid for by DOHAPOINT will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges (Defective/Damaged Products Only)
7 Day Exchange Policy – Defective Products Only – If you believe you have a defective product, please contact us at email@example.com. Defective products may only be exchanged within 7 days of purchase. In order to process your exchange, we will need your order number, description of your setup (including photos if available), and any other information about your use of the product that may help us understand the potential defect. In the event that a product is determined to be defective due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will repair or exchange the product as needed. If DOHAPOINT determines that repair or replacement of a defective product is not practical, we will provide a refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repaired/replacement product to reach you may vary.
Damaged in Shipment
Be sure to inspect your product once you receive it. Any damage from shipping must be reported to DOHAPOINT within 3 days of receipt of the product.
If you receive your product and it has been damaged during shipment, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away. Include a description of the damages, and include pictures if possible. This information is extremely helpful to us in making sure that our products are packaged and shipped properly. We will arrange for the damaged products to be replaced.
No cash refund for returns. Refund only for defective due to a manufacturer error. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

About Warranty Repairs
Some products sold directly by DOHAPOINT and covered under a manufacturer warranty, have the option of being repaired by a third-party repair service provider, who the manufacturer authorizes to repair their products.
Manufacturer warranty coverage
Manufacturer warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors like the use of the product, where the product was purchased, or from whom you purchased the product.
If you’d like a copy of the manufacturer warranty for a product found on DOHAPOINT, you can contact the manufacturer directly or visit their website for more information. Review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to DOHAPOINT or to products you purchase through DOHAPOINT shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in State of Qatar, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate DOHAPOINT’s intellectual property rights, DOHAPOINT may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the State of Qatar, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the QICCA (Qatar International Center for Conciliation and Arbitration). The arbitrators award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
